The variable-height changing unit has been developed to best meet the needs and expectations of early childhood staff. This innovation adapts to the morphology of professionals thanks to the variable height and preserves their backs.
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are often triggered by causes related to the workplace and its environment. In an early childhood facility, changing a child is part of the repeated and tiring daily routine. Carrying the child, changing him or her on a table that is either too high, too low or too deep, are obvious factors of difficulty.
Attention to children can sometimes overshadow the attention paid to the adults who care for them. At Loxos, it is also a priority of our design office and you can see the result!
Our furniture is designed for the comfort of the young and old.
A changing table created to allow mothers to care for their newborn babies at a height that is adapted to their situation in complete autonomy
The changing table can be used in a standing position, at a standard height and up to 1.05M. The ergonomic shape of the shell and the profile of the bathtub allow you to use the changing mat and bathtub in a sitting position.
The changing surface is generously sized for a newborn baby, the foam mat is covered with phthalate-free pvc. The very ergonomic shape of the bathtub allows for a smooth transition from the lying position on the mat to the lying position in the baby's bathtub.
The height of the changing table can be adjusted using a key that can only be used by service personnel. For more safety, the absence of a key prevents any maneuver. The changing surface is equipped with a hospital faucet with hand shower and long lever, so that the patient can easily operate the faucet in a seated position.
A worktable allows you to place the equipment you need to care for the newborn within easy reach. The edges and corners are softened, the profile of the mat and the shape of the worktable allow you to slide the newborn into the bath with less effort.
